Poem: Heart's ConfusionHeart's ConfusionPoem: Heart's Confusion
Twilight passes into day, then back into the depths of night... Crystals of glistening liquid catch the last rays of discord, Ripple un-shed.
Ruby glory drips from my lips, Cutting deeper than instruments of man's hatred.
Vengeful pride demands silence... Pain seeping into the very bones of life.
Light of the heart.. Other half of my tortured soul. Love over brimming for her, While a band of white sears the flesh.
With love deeper than the depths of her gossamer eyes...
...Why do I keep hurtin

Poem: FlickersFlickersPoem: Flickers
As the sun sets behind jagged peaks of snow and ice, I stare out over the forest of glass.
Lights spread out in all directions, shining like the myriad of colors found in the windswept fields of wildflowers.
Flickering like the hope of human souls... Shining everlasting lights striving to outshine the stars in the sky.
Flickering like a twin to the heavens.
Striving...
Wanting to be more beautiful. Failing to see the reflection in the pond...
Flickering..
